One Beautiful Home® is not a normal real estate brokerage.
Most agents are trained to unlock doors, write offers, and chase the next deal.
We train you to understand the full homeownership lifecycle:
remodeling, property value, pre-listing improvements, buyer psychology, seller strategy, financing options,
and long-term client relationships.

You start by learning remodeling sales because remodeling teaches you what actually affects a home’s value.
From there, you can grow into real estate sales, pre-listing strategy, financing conversations, client relationship building, and future leadership.

You create multiple streams of income.
Remodeling Commission:
For your first 15 remodeling deals, you earn 9% commission.
Example: A $15,000 kitchen project pays: $1,350 commission
After your 15th remodeling deal, you can graduate into a profit-sharing structure.
Example:$15,000 project
$7,500 installer labor$1,000 materials$6,500 remaining gross profit
Split 50/50:$3,250 to you.
Real Estate Commission:
Real estate opportunities start at a 50/50 split.
After your 15th closed real estate deal, you can graduate to an 80/20 split.
Example:$250,000 home sale 3% commission = $7,500 gross commission
At 50/50:$3,750 to you
At 80/20:$6,000 to you
There are no commission caps, and you do not restart at the beginning of each year.
You are only limited by your desire to succeed and the income you'd like to achieve.

You do not need to know everything on day one.

One Beautiful Home® is hiring Door-to-Door Appointment Setters No Experience Necessary, Will Train, in Northwest INdiana
Door-to-Door Appointment Setter: $20/hour + Commission
One Beautiful Home® is hiring Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to help us connect with homeowners in Northwest Indiana.
No closing required, just great conversations and quality appointments.
Your job is simple:
- Talk to homeowners.
- Build quick trust.
- Create interest.
- Set appointments.
We help homeowners with remodeling, home improvement, pre-listing repairs, real estate, and financing options, all in one place.
If you are friendly, coachable, reliable, and willing to talk to people, we can train you.
Pay$20/hour starting pay, plus commission on closed remodeling deals you help create.
On closed remodeling deals, you can earn 2% commission, plus $15.00 for every successful appointment that runs.
Example:$15,000 remodeling project, 2% commission = $300 to you
That is in addition to your hourly pay.
What You’ll Do:
- Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods
- Talk with homeowners face-to-face
- Set appointments for remodeling and real estate conversations
- Collect basic homeowner information
- Represent One Beautiful Home® professionally
- Learn our simple appointment-setting system
You do not need remodeling or real estate experience to start.
This is a ground-floor leadership and growth position.
We are looking for people:
- who can show up
- follow direction
- communicate well and stay consistent.
If you have experience in canvassing, roofing, windows, siding, solar, sales, customer service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, or appointment setting, that can help, but it is not required.
Fast Path to Growth: This position can grow quickly for the right person. Strong performers may have the opportunity to move into:
- Remodeling sales
- Real estate and home improvement sales

- Building your own door-to-door team
